NORVELANE currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
International delivery is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Your total delivery time consists of two stages: Processing Time + Courier Transit Time.

We work with reliable UK delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Transit	4–6 working days (Mon–Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery	5–8 working days

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will begin processing on the next working day.

All orders undergo quality checks and careful packaging before dispatch, which accounts for the processing period.

Parcel Insurance

All orders include complimentary package protection.
If your tracking status has not updated for 5–6 days after dispatch, please contact us at: support@norvelane.com.
We will help you open a missing parcel claim with the courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Use this information to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
