20. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via our selected logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times, availability, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout and depend on your destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

We aim to deliver our products in 5–8 working days.


21. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
